Redesigning the JNB Fabianny website flows and user experience

JNB Fabianny is a fashion accessory store located in NJ that sells clutches to both direct consumers and businesses. The retail website hasn't been updated for a long time since its creation, and it needs to be redesigned to provide a better user experience and make purchasing products easier.

How can JNB’s new website provide a better customer experience while having a bigger impact on business strategy?

Competitor Analysis

Analyze competitors for fashion eCommerce website

Before delving into the design, I first conducted research on competitors and the market. Through this research, I sought design approaches by identifying areas for improvement.

Key Insights:

  • All competitors used the high-quality or lifestyle imagery for their website.

  • Another common aspect was the abundance of Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons to facilitate user interaction.

  • All competitors have a customer review page where customers can write and view real customer experiences.

User Persona

Meet Olivia, a college student who lives in Los Angeles, CA

Next, we revisited the creation of personas to identify the target users for this market. We redefined the main goals and identified challenges to tailor solutions that align with the needs of the users.

Refreshing the brand

The business owner wanted their brand to feel friendly, luxury, modern, and sophisticated.

I redesigned the logo to make it look cleaner and easier to maintain consistency among different applications (website, app, tablet, etc).
